Optimizing your experience...
As an ERISA 3(38) investment manager, I assume discretionary authority over plan investments. This reduces and reallocates investment fiduciary responsibilities from the plan sponsor. The sponsor retains the duty to prudently select and monitor the 3(38) fiduciary.
I draft and maintain a written IPS tailored to your plan's objectives, risk tolerance, and participant demographics. The IPS guides all investment decisions and documents the prudent process.
I select, monitor, and replace investment options based on quantitative criteria: expense ratios, performance vs. benchmarks, and risk-adjusted returns. Underperformers are reviewed and may be replaced.
I work with your existing recordkeeper or TPA to implement fund changes and ensure smooth operations. No need to change providers.

Aurea Investments LLC is a Wisconsin state-registered investment advisor (CRD #336580). ERISA 3(38) services require a written Investment Management Agreement and appropriate fiduciary liability coverage. Engaging a 3(38) fiduciary does not eliminate all plan sponsor responsibilities; sponsors retain the duty to prudently select and monitor the investment manager. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made or implied. For additional information, see our regulatory disclosures or IAPD profile.
